.cds / Cdte Solar Cell Preparation

CdS/CdTe solar cells are the important candidate of next generation solar cells, so its study and development are of great importance. Based on the energy band structure of CdSICdTe solar cell, light current and its influence have been discussed and good structural parameters have been obtained. For the purpose of mass extensively producing CdSICdTe solar cells, the screen printing method has been studied. The detailed process of making CdS thin film has been investigated and excellent CdS window materials with sheet resistance lower than 300 Q IC have been made. At last. CdS/CdTe solar cells have been made out. The results show that the open circuit voltage of the CdSICdTe solar cells excel 400mV.
