| The study object of this thesis is the new CNC four axis shape roller, the thesis discusses shapes rolling. The relationship of shape roller抯 control coordinate and shape part抯 curvature radius is leaded to in the second chapter. Meantime, using cubic spline function to describe the outside surface of variable curvature shape parts in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter bending springback of shapes is studied with elasticity and plasticity theory. Moreover, tooling of rolling parts is studied, and initial structure of rolling wheels is designed. At last, the machine抯 prograninung system is introduced, and the procedure from part theoretical outside surface to CNC processing program is researched tentatively. |
