New Car Safety Test Equipment Control System

Based on the suffcient investigation of the developing level of autosecurity technology and its criterions at home and abroad, a new auto co1lisiontest device has been designed and manufactured. The contro1 system iscomposed of hardware and software. Hardware includes sensors, signalmagnifying and filtering set, data acquisition card and interface circuits.Software includes data sampling module, data storage module, data analysismodule and control signal output module. With the help of C/C++ language, anew programming tool LabVIEW has been used to develop the dataacquisition and control system rapidly and efficiently, which completelymakes the whole crash process controlled automatically by PC.
