Fan Performance Test Computer Automatically Acquisition System

The article have recommended an auto-testing system for the air-blowerperformance in air blower room by the computer, the system is based on the standardAMCA210-74 "a laboratory's method of confirming the air-blower's specifiedperformance test ". On already existed experimental equipment, we select suitabletemperature sense,pressure sense,pressure difference sensor,rotational speed and torquesensor and intelligent detector, and realize serial port communication between instrumentand computer depending on LabVIEW software platform. In the course of wind room typeair blower's performance test, the heating power performance parameter and mechanicalperformance parameter of the air blower is transmitted to the computer according to certaindata form through serial port of RS-232, it actualizes auto-testing of air blower'sperformance. Then we use the data processing function module to carry on form change,mathematics calculate and curve fit etc. for the gathered data. At last, we receive the resultin Excel form and corresponding performance curve graph.The system adopt the software method that LabVIEW combine with Matlab, It hasfunctions of gathering, dealing with, showing, saving , typing data in real time, testsoftware have good user interface , the user only need button or menu to realize alloperations; Meanwhile, by way of operating and using convenience for the user, we buildin the inquire and help module, its expand functions of the software.For improving test's precision, hardware adopt the anti-interference measure ofrestraining voltage fluctuate, of shielding signal and of connecting accurately betweenevery signal line and earth etc.; For rejecting unusual data, software adopt the technologyof eliminating exceptional data, of filtering the waves and time-lapse technology etc. Themethods have avoided the distorted test signal into the result and have improved theaccuracy of system testing. Through numerous actual measurement and the error analysisto the test result, we know auto-testing system for the air-blower performance the work issteady, the testing data to be accurate and reliable, it has many virtues such as reliableperformance, easy to operate and perfect function etc.
