| At present, many navigation locks's capacity can't be full exerted because of the lower-efficient lock management systems. Base on software technology of multi-tier database application, a lock optimized scheduling and decision system base on the Internetllntranet is developed. This system can be used to simplify ship declaration procedure and improve the lock capacity. The ship arrival law, lock operation strategy, and lockage dispatching are studied base on the queuing theoiy, decision theory, and integer programming. The author presents the concepts of ship-shape dispatching and ship dispatching. ship-shape distinguishing and the mathematical model of ship dispatching are established. The lockage arrangement is investigated in detail under the different dispatching expectation theory. The effective mathematical model of lockage dispatching is established ultimately, and the correlation arithmetic is designed. The computer simulation result indicates that the established lockage-dispatching model has distinguished optimized effect in shortening the ship-waiting time and increasing the usage-ratio of lock chamber area. Based on the field data of the Great Canal, the author discovered that the area usage-ratio of lock with 23m width chamber is greater than that of lock with 2Gm width chamber, and different shape ship lockage is more efficient than the same shape ship lockage. The result is useful in the design of lock chamber and lockage dispatching. |
