This thesis briefly introduces the development of crack technique and its equipment and the present situation of computer simulation. In addition, author also makes some analysis about computer simulation used in manufacture. The main content of this thesis is to make analysis of figural simulation based main shaft system of hydraulic breaking-bar machine. The main work is to accurately establish the force of compelled vibration when the machine is working and analyze the result of cutter displacement response in such conditions. During this stage, to build a vibrational model and to design a program of Matlab are specifically emphasized. To build a model, author employs transfer Matrix method of rotor dynamics and make the model more approximate to real conditions. |
