The application of Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG) in engine has been popularized and applied in recent years, but one distinctive disadvantage existing in both of them when applying the first or second LPG supplying system is that the driving performance drops to some degree .Toimprove the driving performance and reduce the exhaust emission is the purpose of the author and liquid LPG injection ,whis is based on the third LPG electronic control injection, is studied. The experiment study indicates that this system can improve the driving performance of the engine effectively to compensate the power drop of engines, and also the expected effect of exhaust emission is obtainedFirstly, the current situation of LPG fueled auto from home and abroad is stated comprehensively . The liquid LPG electronic control injection system is studied and developed by studying the third LPG electronic technology. The opened loop mode is adopted in this LPG electronic control injection system in the first stage study. This electronic control injection system is composed of one electronic control and measurement system based on PC .Secondly, the author modified the fuel supplying system and ignition system , including the designs of increasing the ignition energy and LPG supplying pipelines, to make the LPG to be injected in liquid and the engine to apply with combustion performance of LPGLastly, the validating and applying experiments are done by applying this system to 170F. The results indicate: the driving performance can be relapsed and the exhaust emission reduced by adopting the control scheme and electronic control system.
