Micro-computer Intelligent Plan for Dispatch Commands Generating (MIPDCG), as an important aspect of power-plants and power- distribution-stations' intellectualized management, functions as Dispatching Automation (DA) above all. This article supply a scheme based on theory of Experts System to instance MIPDCG, through summarizing the process of a research project, and fertilizing on the achievements in this field oversea and home, and analyzing the structure of Electric Power Net (EPN) and rules of Dispatch Commands Generating.Firstly, the applied background of MIPDCG is discussed as Distribution Automation System (DAS) in the article, emphasizing on its development and recent situation, and the relationship between MIPDCG and other sub-systems of DAS. Secondly, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and Applicable Model for Distribution Power Net are introduced as foundation of MIPDCG in detail, SCADA supplying MIPDCG with data inline and Model for DPN supplying MIPDCG with objects and tools of analysis, on parallel level common and idiographic problems on developing MIPDCG are probed into, separately as the demand analysis, framework and single functional block of software. Lastly, the process and results of a practical MIPDCG are summarized, with the discussion of regulations of applying MIPDCG in power-plants and power-distribution-stations, and the application of Zhu Ye MIPDCG shows its superiorities, such as stability and brief operation and properly plan complex Dispatching Commands and capabilities to analyze problems of numerous and jumbled EPN, and so on.
