In recent years, many developed countries and regions pay close attention to smart grid, and the construction of smart grid in rural areas is important. Yinzhou Power Supply Company based on the characteristics and demands of Yinzhou power grid, combined with the construction of rural smart grid pilot project, analyze and improve the existing three key technologies in rural smart grid, including intelligent distribution station, distribution automation and power user electric energy data acquire system, establish typical model of Yinzhou. Set up a unified data acquisition and centralized monitoring platform, and a integrated enterprise information management platform, make the management of Marketing-Distribution-Dispatch and the information resource integrated, achieve integrated of power-information-bu--siness. Based on the integrated platform, form the better model of the management of Marketing-Distribution-Dispatch. Fully reflect the company’s three systems function, big marketing, big production and big running. Optimize the resources of the rural power enterprise, enhance the level of intensive management, streamline business processes, improve management efficiency and service quality, and lay a good foundation for the innovation management of the rural smart grid.
