Based on a DSP chip (TMS320F240), a scheme using in reactive power/voltage comprehensive control is proposed on this paper. Taking TMS320F240 as the system's CPU, a series of woks, such as reactive power/voltage comprehensive control ,data processing, interfacing, and communications, can be accomplished.The deficiency of traditional fuzzy algorithms using in reactive power/voltage control is analyzed here. Having the ways of capacitor switching and LTC (load tap changer) changing, a fuzzy linear programming which takes multifactor into account for solving the reactive power/voltage control problem is proposed. Using this method, the optimal approach in reactive power/voltage control at a distribution substation can be reached.
