Object-oriented Application Framework, Design Pattern and Component Technology are promising Object-oriented software Reusable technologies. Applications of these technologies in Power SCADA System Software Framework can bring software development to a higher and more abstract level, and by doing so improve productivity and the software development success. Applications of these technologies make good reuses of design as well as code and avoid repeated understanding and design of Power SCADA system.IEC 61970 series define an application program interface for an energy management system. The design of Power SCADA system software Framework is based on IEC 61970 series.In order to ensure the production of high-quality Power SCADA system software that meets the needs of its end users within a predictable schedule and budget, we develop the software system in term of the Rational Unified Process, which describes a family of related software engineering processes sharing a common structure, common process architecture.This thesis firstly introduces the concepts of above technologies, then specifies design of Power SCADA System Software Framework and the application of above technologies in the design.
