With the method that model experiment connected with numerical simulation each other,the article mainly discusses airflow uniformity and anti-jamming capability of the supply air device that has a layer of preventing air-leakage ,which can keep air cleanliness level of indoor air on the level of ISO Class 5. In this article ,the author studies such objects as attenuation degree, turbulence degree, air cleanliness level,clean-down capability.The article also points out that difference in temperature between supply air and indoor air can affect attenuation degree and turbulence degree.
