The experiment of low and high temperature environment is the important safeguard for the safety and reliability of space flight. To achieve the ground testing of space environment, and to achieve the performance testing and structural optimization for aerospace agencies to ensure the space activities smoothly, the design and development of the low and high temperature environment testing system becomes a key issue.According to the requirements of environment for the space testing,this article makes the theoretical calculations, simulation analysis and experiment research, and takes the research and optimization for the environment space and airflow. And on the basis, a low and high temperature environment simulation testing system is designed, and the experiment study on the property of temperature and flow field. Through the analysis, we can know that: this paper does the analysis and optimization of uniformity and stability for the temperature and flow fieldof experiment space, does the simulation for airflow of air orifice, designs the non-uniform optimization of airflow, adjusts the amount of flow, so that the airflow can enter the environment space uniformly, and improve the temperature uniformity and flow stability. Through the simulation analysis, we can know that under form of optimized airflow, the velocity within the space is less than 1.3m/s, the temperature uniformity can be in±1.5K, and from that can obtain the better uniformity and stability, and can apply to the temperature range of-100℃~+135℃. Through the experiments and analysis, the optimization of airflow can be verified that we can get a better temperature and flow field, the uniform is in ±3K, the maximum pressure difference is below 50 Pa, it reduces the influence of air flow in the space, ensures the reliability of the simulation ground testing. The experiment studies show that the designed testing system and the optimized airflow can get better uniform results, and fully meet the requirements of the testing system, achieved the purpose of designing and optimization, can provide the favorable basis for the latter experiment.
