Our research focuses on the readout circuits of uncooled microbolometer.Using therotic and imitating method, frequency readout circuit, and pulse bias readout circuit have been designed and analyzed in detail. All circuits have been analyzed theroticaly, and some key circuits have been imitated by PSPICE software and analyzed. In the end, bias equalization three-point correction readout circuit have been chosen as the elemental circuit, and then the entire circuit structure of the uncooled infrared system has been designed.The paper is made up of four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the development of the uncooled infrared focal plane arrays. The second part and the third part are mainly concerned about my research work. They mainly discuss the design and analysis of the elemental uncooled infrared circuits and the whole circuit structure of the uncooled infrared microbolometer. The last chapter concludes the whole research and design work and has made some speculations for the uncooled IR sensor technology.The research is a part of the research project "The research and design of the uncooled infrared microbolometer", and will lay the foundation for it.
