In recent years,with the rapid development of the aviation industry,civil aviation airport is expanding the scale and flights are increasing.The airport surrounding noise is becoming more and more serious due to the frequent flights.Airport noise must be control effectively with the further development of the aviation industry.The premise work to control the airport noise is an assessment of the airport noise,only to find effects of aircraft noise by the scientific and reasonable evaluation,so as to take effective measures to control it.Based on current situation,it made a systematic and thorough study on the airport noise evaluation and control.In the airport noise evaluation,the airport noise evaluation index were classified according to the number of the occurrence of noise,and were classified again according to the characteristics of the noise.Given the current airport noise evaluation index,it analyzed its deficiencies and an improved noise exposure level was proposed as a single event noise assessment index based on the sound exposure level and the sensitive area.The aircraft trajectory prediction model based on BADA model and discrete dynamic model was established for airport approach simulation data.Airport noise evaluation model was established based on aircraft performance,environmental data and noise physical propagation.According to the noise evaluation model,it used matlab software to draw dynamic contour map,static contour map and static contour face map of airport noise based on the distance calculation,interpolation calculation and correction calculation.In the airport noise control,it introduced summarized research including the concept,current situation and trend.It researched GYA approach point of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport from the noise sensitive point,two-dimensional,three-dimensional space dimension.It carried out the noise distribution research between the standard instrument approach procedure and continuous descent approach procedure.It calculated the noise time the noise area and the noise volume and it quantitatively assess the noise control effect of the continuous descent approach.It constructed airport noise evaluation system by matlab based on the existing algorithm and model.It calculated and exported the flight altitude,flight thrust,flight speed,three-dimensional profile,and noise contour / surface map and the noise levels area,volume,etc based on track prediction data of approach flight in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.It provided digital and visual evaluation evidence for the evaluation of airport noise.
