| Some problems of the turbomachinery runner are introduced in the paper,which includes the hydraulic computation and analysis of the turbomachinery runner,the optimum selection and practical application of the reconstruct scheme,and test verification of increasing capability after the reconstructing. The numerical simulation computations of the three dimensional viscosity fluids are done to research the turbomachinery properties,which includes the determination of the computation equation,the finite mesh and the determination of boundary conditions. Based on the numerical computation results and considered the contribution,efficiency and anti-corrosion capacity,the optimum scheme is selected and applied. The reconstruction project of turbomachinery gets significant social benefits and economical benefits according to the in-situ tests results. |
