The report of the Nineteenth National People’s Congress pointed out that the mode of resource-saving and environment-friendly development has become the main direction of China’s social and economic development.In addition,with the perfection of the real estate market system,real estate enterprises around the country gradually break down regional barriers and enter the national market,and the competition in real estate industry has also entered a white-hot stage.Under this background,how to optimize the design scheme of foundation with low cost and reliable function is not only needed by the market,but also needed by today’s society.Taking this as a starting point,this paper explores the optimal design scheme of building foundation based on value engineering theory.Firstly,the building foundation of Liaocheng is selected as the research object,and the investigation is carried out.The author visits the local authoritative design,construction,survey and other related units,preliminary understands the design of building foundation of Liaocheng,and makes statistics of the existing building foundation of Liaocheng.The author also explores the problems in the design process of building foundation and the necessity of optimizing the design scheme of building foundation.Secondly,the relevant literature is consulted and scientific and effective theoretical methods are selected to solve the problem.Based on the theory of value engineering,this paper uses FAST graphical method,AHP and value coefficient method to construct the optimization model of foundation design scheme.The FAST graphic method is used to establish the functional system diagram of foundation;the importance of each functional index in the functional system diagram of foundation is determined by sending questionnaires to experts;the evaluation system of foundation function is constructed by AHP;and the design scheme of foundation is optimized by value coefficient method.Finally,taking Liaocheng Shengshi Tianhu project as an example,the optimization model of foundation design scheme based on value engineering theory is scientifically validated and an example is analyzed.The significance of the above research lies in: First,through the strict logic of mathematical methods,the too subjective shortcomings of traditional evaluation is overcame,and a more objective,reasonable and effective solution is provided for the selection of foundation design schemes.Second,the reference model and theoretical basis are provided to solve the foundation design problems in different regions,different geologies and different project objectives.Third,the value of foundation designers is strengthened and the contribution is made to the sustainable and healthy development of foundation industry.
