Satellite Project Management Decision Support System Were Studied

This paper combines the reseach of Satellite Project Integrated Management Decision Support System (SPIDS), the need appraised to the project scheme of the satellite, we have synthetically analysed the expenses, risk, efficiency, index and decision support method of the project of the research satellite. Have analysed the whole course of management of the domestic and international satellite project systematically in thesis, have put forward several kinds of methods which are suitable for domestic satellite project management. Have researched and analysed satellite project synthetically scheme appraise method, propose a synthetically evaluation method of one satellite project scheme, and many scheme appraise procedure synthetically, probe into groups of decision method in satellite scheme possible application in appraising synthetically, combining satellite project many schemes appraise instance synthetically, we proved Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) application in appraising synthetically in satellite project. Researched and analyse several kinds of methods that the satellite expenses predict, predicted models after summing up several kinds of practical satellite expenses. We gave a satellite efficiency appraise index system, go on and expound the fact to the efficiency evaluation method of the satellite, and the efficiency evaluation of the satellite appears to assess the system structure systematically. Appraise index system and several kinds of appraisal methods and models in research satellite scheme. Among research of SPIDS, I have finished systematic interface design and realize and information management reseach of subsystem, have participated in and finished expenses predict, risk analysis and such design and realize of subsystems as file manage.
