With the fast development of computer and network technologies, profound innovations are turning up in the area of manufacturing industry, which is developping towards the direction of high-automation, high-intelligence, high-integration and high-networking increasingly. In the future, an important development of manufacturing industry is to make full use of network technologies, to achieve the goal of global manufacturing. In another word, the manufacturing resources can be shared in most platforms of computers and most areas in the world. NC machining can guarantee the production with extremely high accuracy and stable quality. It can satisfy the need of rapid product updating. However, it is hard to avoid mistakes in NC programs, so it is necessary to find and correct the mistakes in NC programs before practical processing.In this paper, the foundamental technology of Web and the software development technology based on Web are discussed firstly, and the developping platform of the experimental system is selected under that foundation. After that, some key technologies of Web-based virtual processing are studied concentrately, including the accuracy inspection of NC programs, the technology of graphical imitation, Java relatated technology of the client side and the server side etc. Then an experimental Web based virtual processing system is described in detail. Finally the summary of the paper is given and some new hypotheses are raised for deep research of the system. |
