In this thesis, the theories and realization of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for turbo cycling compressor are studied. The transformation measures for turbo cycling compressor are also presented. All these are based on the fault diagnosis technique of large-scale rotating machine, and author's rich experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment. It meets the demand for actual operation and maintenance of TC620 inserted turbo cycling compressor, which is the key equipment of synthetic ammonia workshop in HuNan DaCheng ZiDan Group.The main research in this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1) The structure and features of TC620 turbo cycling compressor are introduced. Its frequent faults, fault mechanism and diagnosis are also analyzed.(2) The vibration signal analysis based on fault analysis and processing are presented, including wave analysis , tarce analysis , frequency spectrum analysis etc. And connected signal transformation ideas are also described, which can be conducted in amplitude field, time field and frequency field according to different needs.(3) The transformation for turbo cycling compressor is designed in both differential pressure seal parts at the inlet and outlet and the connecting construction of the positioning key and turbo cycling compressor casing : replace wave pipe of differential pressure seal parts with asbestos jointing and improve its reliability; jointing connection of the positioning key and turbo cycling compressor casing has been converted into screw thread connection and avoid the dangers from jointing crack.(4) On-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed based on computer's aid in monitoring and analysis for auto-monitoring and integrated protection of turbo cycling compressor.The projects in this theses have been successfully performed in practice.
