Condition Monitoring Of Railway Vehicle Theory, Methods, And Applied Research

In order to develop a real time monitoring system of the runningcondition of railway vehicle,the basal theoretical principle of studyingthe real time condition monitoring of the running railway vehicle wasdiscussed,some methods of monitoring were confirmed by theinvestigation of the collection and processing of the signal of thedynamic response of railway vehicle,and a real time monitoringsystem was integrated by usingthe technique of the DSP． The main contents of this dissertation are introduced as follow: (l)Based on the theory of system analysis,this dissertation dlscussed the basal theoretical principle and the technical tactics of studying the real time condition monitoring of the running railway vehicle, (2)The total framework of a real time monitoring system of the running condition of railway vehicle was proposed． (3)Some work was carried out to study the acquisition of the monitoring source of the running railway vehicle,such as the studying of the selection of the sensor and the fixing position of the sensor,the sampling frequency of the acquisition of the dynamic response signal of the railway vehicle system,the quantification and preprocessing of the signal． (4)DSP system and DSP chip were introduced briefly,and then, the integration of the hardware and the system software of a real time monitoring system of the running condition of rallway vehicle were discussed deeply． (5)By analyzing the dynamic response signal of a running railway vehicle,some characteristic information of a few of typical situations of the running railway vehicle was found． And by studying the relationship between the characteristic information and the special running situation of the railway vehicle,a few of monitoring methods were proposed． (6)The technique of the real time condition monitoring of the running railway vehicle concerns a lot of subject and field, and it belongs to applied science,its advancement depends on the applying practice．Because the limit of the author's knowledge and the limit of the time,the study in this dissertation is just a beginning of the study of the technique of the real time condition monitoring of the running railway vehicle．At the end of this dissertation,the further problem of this technique is introduced．...
