Missile Weapon System (MWS) is a complex weapon system, so high battlefield maintainability is necessary for MWS. Basing on the space flight department project, this thesis analyzes MWS maintainability.First, the MWS maintainability conceptions are introduced in allusion of its use in weapon system, and the parameter system of MWS maintainability is given based on its use demand. The MWS constitutes of Missile Subsystem, Floor Support Subsystem, and Energy Control Subsystem. Through analyzing the system structure and modeling the system, we got the maintainability diagram and MTTR( Mean Time to Repair) Model of the three subsystems, and using BDD method and Makov method to solve Common-Cause-Failure problems. For verification of maintainability, we have four sutra methods on the presupposition of not known the distributing, known the distributing, known the distributing and the variance. All the sutra methods needs a great deal of locale experimentation data, it's impossible for complex systems, so we bring forward the verification method based on Bayes theory. Using this method, only a few locale data is needed for the maintainability verification, and we can make good use of the information collected before the locale experimentation. According to the requirement of practicality project, we frame a particular maintainability verification project to verify the MTTR of the system. The amount of the data we should collect and deal with is enormous, so tools of computer aided is imported at last, one frame of the MWS maintainability verification system is proposed to handle problems of parameter value verification of system.
