To the space undertaking of our country, manned spacecraft project is one of high-tech projects extending into the next century. Its successful implementation has great significance for our country to occupy a position in the high-tech fields of the space. Software engineering plays a very important role in this huge and complex system project. As one of the guarantees of software quality and reliability, software testing faces manyproblems that are expecting to be solved quickly! The simulation system to be expounded in this paper is an effective testing tool for the real-time application software for Dongfeng Center of Manned Spacecraft Project.Because of the variety of testing requirements and the multiplicity of testing data, a concept of expandable software is proposed. Jn this thesis, the system composition, functions and controlling process, the simulating devices and the representation of simulating information were firstly introduced, and the second part of the thesis focused on the data structure and its application algorithms.By the way of analyzing the characteristics of the test objects, the thesis summarized the laws of telemetry data and advanced some classified models for telemetry parameters and some structural models for transfer frames of the devices. At the same time, some mathematical models for the test system error, random error, and some models for fault data, for device transfer frames and for the communication error were built up one after another. All these models are needed by the simulation system.
