Three axis flight simulator table(TAFST) is a kind of powerful instrument used to reproduce the flying posture of flying weapons in laboratory. It is together with equipment producing infrared target, simulates the attacked target and flying missile, which can really simulate the various flying postures in space and dynamic characteristics. Based on three-axis simulator, several important problems on impacting the performance of control system are investigated, and analysis the three-axis coupling problem. Give out a practical software design way. The research results are verified by practical application.First, the research situation of national and international test table is analyzed. The key technique problems of simulator control system are summed up.Second, the mathematical model of three-axis simulator is presented to make use of theory analysis. The robust control theory was applied to three-axis control. According to the three-axis performance the control structures are given. The PID controller, which is widely used in electro-hydraulic position servo system, was used as the main control system structure. The forward identification used to improve response speed and swept performance. Variable structure control is designed, on the friction control behalf. The designs of fuzzy control improve the static property.Give out a new method for develop real-time control system. Describe the function and utilization of xPC target API in all process from establishes connection to monitor the target PC and finally exit. Create a DLL which can be used to integrate the xPC target and LabVIEW. Use this method design the three-axis simulator control system software. It’s contain the adjust model signal generate through internet, data display, the on-line control parameter tuning.Prove the control strategy feasibility by the key property testing. The three-axis angle position testing, the three-axis max velocity testing, the three-axis swept response testing and the coupling testing are used to proved the performance of three-axis simulator.
