Electrical Safety Performance Automated Test System

This paper is introduce the hardware module of computer-controlling testing instrument of electrical engineering's insulation performance . The testing instrument of electrical engineering's insulation performance is divided into three parts:insulation resistance testing instrument,AC insulate testing instrument and coil insulate testing instrument. These three testing instrument can be circulated under the control of computer and send backed the result to the computer . Among them insulated the insulation resistance testing instrument to adopt the high direct voltage testing method;The AC insulate testing instrument adopt to the instrument of AC high voltage,and we also designed the protected circuit with excessive current;The coil insulate testing instrument is adopt surge voltage impact testing method .The electrical-machine testing platform has a computer as its controller,and includes measuring module,I/O interface module and Virtual Instrument platform. It can accomplish the measuring of machines quick and exactly,and give the alarm if judging system error.
