State Grid A power company is to collect power rate as the main income through the channel of electricity sales.The channel,the front end of the enterprise attracting the customers,directly affect whether the customers receive the electricity service.Whether the sales channel is safe and unimpeded and the service is high quality and reliable play a fundamental role in maintenance of the stable and continuous operation of every business for the A power company.In order to adapt to the market changes and meet the needs of customers,State Grid A power company has opened up 12 types of sales channels.But the uneven operation effects of various electricity sales channels contribute to different social and economic benefits.To this end,how to focus on the limited resources and identify the key electricity sales channels which are to be upgraded are crucial.A power company urgently needs to change the traditional power operation mode and marketing service means of passive,standardized and extensive management and control,choose convenient,fast and reliable power sale mode and low-cost and high-efficiency power sale channel to realize customer drainage and reduce channel operation cost.Based on this,the thesis studies the performance evaluation of electricity sales channels by A power company from the perspective of performance.Firstly,many achievements of domestic and foreign researches made in terms of channel performance such as the connotation of performance,classification of performance,characteristics of performance management and evaluation method of enterprise performance are sorted out;secondly,the literature research method is applied to sum up the indicators of performance evaluation suitable for A power company.The expert interview method is also used to construct the performance evaluation index system which includes four dimensions of economic performance,support performance,service performance and development performance and11 indexes of electricity sales channels.Then,analytic hierarchy process is employed to evaluate the performance of sales channels and determine every indicator’s weight.The questionnaire method is adopted to conduct the absolute evaluation on the channel performance and conclude that the online channels like electric power business hall and Zhangshang Dianli app have excellent performance in terms of the electricity sales channels.These channels should be optimized for recommendation.However,the postal network,Jingong Supermarket and 95598 Website perform worse in terms of electricity sales channels,so their key control should be reduced.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the operation and management of channels should be stepped up.The specific direction of optimizing the development,service,support of channels and economic performance should be determined.The service mode of electricity sales channels for financial institutions should be perfected.The online channels with the self-owned channels as priority should be marketed.The offline guaranteed channels should be optimized.The layout and cooperation of the physical branches around the community should be improved.The channel control focus of the access cooperation mechanism should be established.The thesis concentrates limited resources for a power company,reduces waste of resources,invests high-quality resources into more efficient channel construction,from the perspective of scientific management and quantitative analysis and research,balances the operating cost price,service quality,development observability and other factors of each channel,identifies key power sales channels through objective performance evaluation,optimizes channel construction and strengthens channel construction Road control level provides reference.
