WD Guizhou Bus Co.,Ltd.is a medium-sized subsidiary of Chery Group,which is located at the Xiaohe-Mengguan Industrial Park,Guiyang ETDZ.Its vehicle products cover various markets,such as buses for official and commercial use,tourism buses,shuttle buses,special purpose buses,school buses,etc.,of which are mainly medium and high-end buses,and its manufacturing equipment has reached the leading level in China.It is a designated and well-known bus manufacturing enterprise in Western China.In the process of its expanding the market scale,for the purpose of expanding the business scope,occupying a larger market share and seeking maximum benefits in the fierce market competition,the company adopted effective incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system to improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of employees.Performance management is an effective and proved management mode which plays an important role in promoting the work efficiency and improving the management ability of enterprises,and thus,this thesis,based on the actual development of performance management of Wanda Bus Co.,Ltd.,establishes the research framework.With the help of information research,questionnaire survey,empirical research and other research methods,the utility and existing problems in the process of Wanda Bus Co.,Ltd.performance management are analyzed by using the collected data and SPSS24.0 software.This paper hold,the implementation of performance appraisal at different levels,the improvement of performance system,the scientificity of performance appraisal,the problems of performance management in place,the untimely implementation of performance feedback and the unsatisfactory performance application have become the important factors restricting the effective performance of the performance management system of Wanda Bus Co.,Ltd.In accordance with the results of the survey and the relevant theories of performance management,this thesis puts forward targeted performance management improvement suggestions and determines the current practical countermeasures of Wanda Bus Co.,Ltd.,including strengthening professional training,improving performance management system and performance management design,establishing scientific and reasonable performance evaluation methods,timely performance feedback information processing,as well as strengthening the mechanism of performance supervision and management and other specific measures..
