The structural destroys and functional faults appears in the concrete pavements have affected the quality of the roads seriously. More and more maintenance works costs are needed year after year. Large amount of cement pavements are facing to be overhauled or rebuilt. The study of cement pavement's rehabitation and maintain rules is of great value in engineering. Combining theoretic analysis and project practice, this item was studied systematically.After the assessment of the old cement concrete, according to its outcome, corresponding repair schemes or compile corresponding maintain plans are constituted. Analysed the theories of reflecting crack's creation, on the basis of the structured design methods, which have had in the world. The design methods of spreading half-rigid base and an asphalt surface on the old cement concrete pavement are studied, and then raised a method of multi-guideline. Using three-dimensional finite element, a quantitative analysis and evaluating to the patch layer are made, which provide theoretical supports to the patch layer designment.At last, the overlay's application and construction technology in different kinds of asphalt mixture components are studied. Some useful conclusions are gained, which can be used to guide the design and construction of pavement.
