Due to the complexity of the behavior of pile capping beam widely used in the construction, the inverted continuous beam method is usually adopted in design methods to simplify the computation. But this method couldn't reflect the influence of the variance of pile capacity on capping beam internal force and the partaking of soil to the load. Combined with the item "The Optimal Design Theory and Research of Pile Capping Beam" financed by Natural Science Fund of Hunan Province , a new method which can consider the pile-soil interaction and tide over the disfigurement of the Winkler soil model is used to adjust the foundation base reactions in this paper. By this method, the proper solution about the internal force of capping beam can be achieved and the relative stiffness and the relative position of soil spring are thought out well. In addition, the computer method is proposed to get the stochastic pile capacity and the random optimum analysis is done in virtue of the Genetic Algorithm which can easily think over the influence of the randomness of pile capacity on the internal force of capping beam based on the thorough analysis about the primary factors influencing the randomness of pile capacity. An optimization program is worked out for the analysis which can consider the pile-soil -cap interaction and the non-linear character of the foundation soil.At last, the comparative calculation and the random optimum analysis about differences between dissimilar distributions of pile rigidity, different variance coefficients and variance relativity were done with the datum from engineering instances. Some significant conclusions are also made from the discussing of the factors influencing pile capping beam the internal force.
