Changan Automobile Air Conditioning System Optimization

Because of the limits of small assembling space ,insufficient power reserve,bad heat preservation measure,and so on,the air conditioning(AC) system of CHANA automobile always can't meet the customers' demands for comfortable riding.At first, through the thermal analysis of CHANA SC6350 AC system ,this paper clearly defines the main problems which need to be conquered emphatically .On the base, a series of test research on the optimizing disposition of the AC system has been done ,and a large number of valuable data have been obtained ,so that ,the improving method of the AC system has been determined .In addition ,the improving heat preservation measures have been researched comprehensively ,by the AC environment imitating test ,it was proved that these measures were very useful to strengthen the refrigerating effect and improve the riding comfort. At last, considering the environmental protection and reducing the cost, this paper processes a primary discussion on the question of using a kind of natural refrigerant R600a or some mixing refrigerant to replace the refrigerant R134a.
