In this paper, based on the viscoelasticity theory and the dynamics theory, the Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to the structural integrality analysis of the grain in Rocket Engine of the Base-Bleed and Rocket Compound Extended Range projectile in chamber. In the analysis Ansys6.0 is used. Two grain FEM modals are used to figure out the stress and strain under different load case, including inertial force in radius direction, inertial force in axis direction and colligating the two inertial force. Last, the result is compared with the result of analytic method. Moreover, the structural dynamics analysis model of the whole projectile is established, the inherent frequency and the vibration modes are evaluated. Last, the result is compared with the result of analytic method. This paper provides a new method to analyze the grain structural integrality . The result provides the gist of grain figure in optimize design.
