In this paper, the ANSYS program is applied to analyze the armour-piercing cannonball which increased range by rocket. Every component of the rocket is analyzed in the launch. The model is built on the basis of real status, the simplification of the model and the contact of the component is dealt with nicely. The model include material nonlinear, geometry nonlinear and state nonlinear. The pressure is applied to the bottom of the cannonball, the stress and strain distribution of each component can be got by the analysis of Finite Element Method, then judging whether the structure is reasonable. The components are optimized on the basis of the analysis result, the superabundant mass is decreased, the mass of propellant is increased. Moreover, the three-dimensional model is built, the modal analysis and bucking analysis of the rocket engine is applied.The result of analysis provides gist of the armour-piercing cannonball in the design of optimizing. |
