This thesis presents systematic quasi-static and dynamic experimental researches on the engraving process of two pistons in Solo Soldier Multi-Purpose Weapon System DZJ00.On the basis of the analysis to the experimental data, a theoretical study is performed and a computing model is established. The calculating results fit well with the test results. At the same time, many affective factors have been considered. For quasi-static and dynamic engraving, two finite element method codes are used to perform a numerical simulation. The FEA results reflect test results well. The results of this thesis are of good referring valuation to the mechanical and ballistic design in Solo Soldier Multi-Purpose Weapon System DZJ00. |
