| The purpose of this paper is to design a system of automatic controller for the turntable's tiredness experiment of a motor academe.We adopted the collectivity solution called Principle and Subordinate Mode, and used NI Company's LabWindows/CVI to programme on compute.We implemented the measurement and control by using Micro-controller. In details, some methods such as double peak value Demodulation, double D trigger Flip-latch, multi-cycle of synchronization frequency test, Digital PID Arithmetic are all adopted in my project. It has been proved that these methods are available and effective.While designing hardware and software , some methods are used to decrease the noise such as power shielded, signal value limited and alarm, etc.The test of the system showed that the performance and technical parameters are eligible as expected. |
