With the development of integrated circuit ,Electric Power and Electronic technology and the theory of Automatic control ,the technology of Motor control has largely developing. It has changed from the purpose of providing power to the goal of exactly control.. Motor controller composed by separated analog devices before has developed into analog -digital or full digital controller.This paper has designed and finished Motor controller with Field Programmed Gate Array (FPGA)chips made in ALTERA and analyzed the ways to realize the speed adjusting of BLDCM( Brushless direct current Motor) with this controller. This paper has used the hardware language VHDL(VHSIC Hardware Description language) to program some special circuit and prepared some work for the System on Chip (SoC).This paper has chosen the Digital Signal Processor chip (DSP) made in Texas Instrument to design and make Motor controller and analyzed the ways to control BLDCM with these two controllers. These two controllers are easy to be united and have large functions if they are applied at the same time. There are probabilities to realize more accurate, more complex control to the motor on the situations which are required high precision, high efficiency and full digital control.
