The underwater dragging system and the anchor cable system are widely used in all kinds of field, such as observing geography at the bottom of sea, the basic hydrology data collections, hunting submarines, sweeping the torpedo and torpedo etc.. Now the research on the underwater cable is limited in 2D model. And the research on the anchor cable is very seldom in china. The related information on that is very seldom. On the foundation analyzing and studying the kinetics and dynamics of underwater dragging system and anchor cable system, this paper sets up the three dimension mathematic model about spatial shape and tension of the underwater cable and about spatial shape and tension of the anchor cable in the ocean current. This paper presents the analysis method about the stability when the underwater dragging system or the anchor cable system is in the pulse current. The based mathematics model about the underwater cable is used for the dome-cable dynamic system of dipping sonar. Another based mathematics model about the anchor cable is used for ship-anchor system. The numerical calculation have been worked by programmed in the Matlab language. At the same time the influence that the dragging speed of antisubmarine helicopter and the height over the surface of ocean acts on the shape and the tension of underwater cable, and that the current velocity and the diameter of anchor cable acts on the shape and the tension of anchor cable, has been calculated. Because the result of numerical calculation is same with experiment according to compare, the based mathematics model is correct and is provided with the engineering value.
