This paper mainly studies the electri-hydro servo system of a certain airplane's steering system and the construction of the Landing Gear System Ground Simulator Computer Control System of this airplane,including hardwares and softwares. Firstly, the paper designs the electri-hydro servo system, setting up the math model of simulation and analyzing its problem of frequency response, external disturb, nonlinear factor,etc. Secondly, it gives the solvent of hardware circuits and control software of this control system.In the airplane, electri-hydro position servo system has principal influence on airplane's steering system, while steering system dominates performances of airplane. Generally , electri-hydro position servo system has troubles of lower frequency band, tending to be influenced by external disturb and nonlinear factor, etc. This paper presents some approaches which can eliminate these troubles effectively and improve control precision and performance, which proved by theory analysis and engineering application. In addition, some interface circuits, such as high-power D/A card, filter board, logic-process board and the feature of CVI programming language and WINDOWS programming are also introduced in detail with some chapters.
