In this thesis, an intelligent CAPP system of sheet metal process planning with case-based reasoning technology is discussed. Especially on knowledge -expressing, acquiring, reusing and building of this kind of system. The thesis focus on two basic problems: case representation and matching algorithm, which aim at the flexible of knowledge base, integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM and practicability of system. Author proposes a feasible scheme to reach this object, which are feature-base consistent case representation and universal matching algorithm. As a necessary part of an applied system research, the thesis discusses other two important problems: maintenance of case library and instantiation of typical process.According to the system model proposed by the author, prototype system is developed on PC. The software is programmed based on Windows 2000/VC++6.0/Microsoft Access. |
