Container as the carrier of the logistics service industry is an important hub of the modern trade. With the development of information technology and people’s demands for logistics information, it is possible to scientific management and grasp the real-time status information of goods through establishing an efficient and smooth logistics system. Research on how to grasp the dynamic information of container transport, such as the door is opened illegally or the goods were stolen or the container deviate from the original route or the status of the container with special goods are beyond of the threshold range, has an important significance.This paper study on the data collection method of the real-time status during container transportation. At first, it analyzed study situation all over the world, and studied “internet of things(IOT)”, aimed at the shortage and requirement of container information collection, studied it’s transmission characteristics, analyzed the risk accident in transportation of special goods, combined the technology of RFID、sensor collection and GPS,provided a solution to collect the real-time status during container transportation, the system can implement to collect the real-time status and all kinds of dangerous situation during the container transportation. The main research work can be summarized as follows:(1) Through consulting lots of demestic and foreign research papers,research on the Internet of things application in status information acquisition of container,Put forward the main problems of the information collection and managemention the process container transportation container transportation.(2) A data acquisition system of container transport state. It combined with RFID technology, the sensor acquisition technology and GPS technology, designed three levels of software and hardware system, that are the information sensing terminal system, the serverside database and the application client, and implement use the PC client and Android client to management and query the status information.(3) Researched the communication protocol that involved in the system;and studied ALOHAanti-collision algorithm in data collection, proposed an improved dynamic framed slotted ALOHA anti-collision algorithm.A real-time collection system of status information during container transportation after the research and development in the thesis. It’s truly automatic recognition、real-time collection、real-time tracking、real-time management the status information of container.
