The track is the basis of the vehicle's running carrier,and its condition directly affects the vehicle's operation safety.The track condition must be regularly maintained and tested.Existing detection systems achieve detection of orbital diseases by acquiring different orbital parameters.These track parameters are summarized including track fastener images,vehicle acceleration,angle and angular velocity.Realizing accurate and effective track parameters in a complex track line environment is the basis of track detection.The difficulty in obtaining these track parameters is the equidistant collection of track fastener images and the simultaneous collection of multi-sensor information.In order to solve these problems,this thesis designs a track multi-parameter acquisition system based on the vehicle,which is used to collect track coupler image,acceleration,Angle and angular velocity of the vehicle.Firstly,due to the influence of vehicle speed and vibration when the linear array camera is shooting the track fastener image,the acquired image information is prone to distortion.In this thesis,speed measurement and speed compensation model are established based on the vehicle pulse to reduce the speed measurement error caused by the phenomena such as skidding or idling during the vehicle operation.The isometric variation relationship is established to obtain the relationship between the shooting trigger frequency and the on-board pulse frequency of the linear array camera at equal intervals,which is used for the control line array camera isometric acquisition of the track buckle image.Aiming at the problem of synchronous acquisition of multi-sensor information,this thesis establishes a multi-sensor synchronous acquisition model to obtain the relationship between the acquisition frequency of multi-sensor synchronous trigger and the on-board pulse frequency,as to control the synchronous acquisition of multi-sensor information.Then,the based NI-PXI test platform completes the design of the vehicle-based track multi-parameter acquisition system.It mainly includes system hardware design and software design.Finally,the system was installed on the built track detection car,and the track multi-parameter acquisition experiment was carried out to test the performance of the system.
