| The present reformation situation of power industry makes the power plants be competitive, and makes it necessary to reduce the energy-loss and improve the operation performance. In order to economize on energy and increase the performance of power units, this paper develops online performance inspection and energy-loss analysis.In this paper, the theory of equivalent enthalpy Drops is introduced first. Then this paper deduces the theory for economic quantitative analysis of power units thermal circulation system, and according to the operational characteristic emphasizes the application to energy-loss analysis of heat-supply units. Combined with some other economic diagnosis theory, it provides a method to implement online energy-loss and performance analysis.Based on those, the online performance inspection and management information system is designed to inspect parameter, analyze economic performance and optimize operation, which is combined to MIS by advanced computer technique. This system can well and truly reflect the real-time circulation status and energy-loss distribution, then provide the theory basic to economize on energy and direct how to operate power units economically. At the same time, the system is based on WEB and expediently combined to MIS system with strong real-time character and alternation, which provides for long-distance automated manage of power industry. |
