The thesis introduces the general engine development, domestic and foreign, analyses the present situation and future development trend of environment friendly lubricants, studies on theories of flow activation and low-temperature jellification which well illustrate the low-temperature property of environment friendly lubricants, researches the low-temperature flowability of environment friendly lubricants in perspective of molecule, then theoretically synthesizes plastic and flow principles of environment friendly lubricants and finally reaches a ground to explain low-temperature properties of environment friendly lubricants. By the theories of cavitations and free volume, it analyses the factors on lubricant low-temperature property in view of molecule structure, brings up effective ways to improve the low-temperature properties, conducts plenty of testing with even designs, and then investigates and tests the lubricant's low-temperature properties with computerized system; it analyses the data by regression method and optimizes the solving, and studies on the base oil of environment friendly lubricants and selects the composition of colza oil, esters and PAO2, and discusses on low-temperature flowability of vegetable-base lubricants. Moreover, the thesis analyses the biodegradation of petroleum products, evaluates the biological degradation properties of the developed environment friendly base oil and as well the lubricant's biodegradation properties at actual conditions by means of self-designed soil simulation and also in water by testing BOD5/CODcr values. The thesis contributes to enhancing our national level of lubricant R&D and application, and is significant to the development of multi-purpose andenvironment friendly lubricants and to ecological environment protection as well. Its reseach works are undertaken mainly in following aspects:1. Analyze the flow activation and low-temperature jellification theories that well illustrate the low-temperature properties of environment friendly lubricants, then study and discuss in perspective of molecule the low-temperature flowability of environment friendly lubricants.2. Introduce the domestic and foreign standards and methods to evaluate low-temperature properties, synthesize plastic and flow principles of environment friendly lubricants and finally reach a ground that illustrates the low-temperature flowability of environment friendly lubricants.3. Based jellification dynamics theory that the larger the jellification activation energy, the greater the lubricant's jelling tendency, it is advisable to analysis the whole jellification process in attempt to find out maximum jellification activation energy Emax and its ambient temperature Tmax, as a ground for judging the lubricant's pumpability.4. According to liquid flow activation theory, it proclaims that liquid flow activation energy is the main factor that affects lubricant's low-temperature properties, while the energy is subject to molecule's flexibility and interaction - the smaller the resistance in the revolution of major chains inside the molecule, the better the flexibility of molecule chains, the less the flow activation energy, the easier its movements under external forces toward surrounding free space. Consequently it is capable of flowing at relatively low temperatures.5. Research computer testing system and design the computer programs for testing lubricant low-temperature properties, and then run this system forthat purpose.6. Investigate the base oil for environment friendly lubricant and then select the composition of colza oil, esters and PAO2. Discuss on low-temperature flowability theories of vegetable-base lubricants. The thesis is helpful to research the additives for improving low-temperature flowability of vegetable-base lubricants.7. On the ground of the free volume theory and free volume additivity, it proclaims to use diluter of good biodegrad...
