Based on the systematical analysis of domestic and overseas agro-vehicle diesel technology status quo and trends, this paper firstly indicates the importance of developing low emission agro-vehicle diesel, and then aimed at the goal of reducing agro-vehicle diesel emission, carries through the calculations of model 680QBKZ diesel thermodynamics, dynamics and fatigue intensity checkout, as well as related developments.1. Simplifies the thermodynamics model of 680QBKZ diesel, and carries through related thermodynamics calculations.2. Calculates the piston displacement, speed, acceleration, and analyzes the forces burden of the piston-joint-shank- framework.3. Checkouts the safety factors of crank bend and torsion.4. Carries through the experiments and design related to 680QBKZ diesel development.In conclusion, the developed low emission agro-vehicle diesel ,6800BKZ diesel with supercharger, has achieved its expected target.
