Passenger Harness Test System Hardware Design

The coach cabletree testing system is a specified instrument which is used for the testing of the coach cabletree. The testing system which will be made in this papers is seasoned with the cabletree of the luxury coach. The testing of the cabletree consist of pass testing; the resistance testing between cable and plug; the fastness testing of the cable tie-in . This papers only research for the pass .The cabletree test system is a ATS (automatic testing system) based on VXIbus . The system have two mostly parts, one is a GPIB interface block on the PC computer, the other is a aptitude testing system based on VXIbus. The system can test all the cabletree used of the different testing program .Research and manufacture of the testing system will reduce the labour intension, improve the working efficiency and enhance the test veracity in testing.
