Refrigerator Compressor Test System

This paper conerns the study and realization of testing refrigerated compressor system. First of all, based on studying the transient behavior of refrigeration system, it was deduced of the mathematical models in the stable process of refrigeration system and brought to light of the heavy inertia, hysteresis coupling in refrigeration system. These results were comfirmed to be valid by a large number of experimented results. The second, to couter the characteristics of refrigeration system, reseached many control algorithms for working conditions. This paper advanced the concept of D/P commutation and a method of saft-realization, then suggestd probability control algorithm and applied a expert controller to real control system. At last, supplied the hardware, software realization of testing compressor system-YZC-500 testing refrigerated compressor system.The YZC-500 system has been running about a half year the fact proved major qualification of this system catched the advanced level of the world.
