Electro-hydraulic servo loading system (EHSLS) is an important simulation system in hard ware-in-loop flight simulation laboratory, which can simulate aerodynamic loads acting on flight vehicle, such as missiles, planes. Its performance of test is important on the design of flight vehicle. Aiming at the demand of design, this paper analyses the helicopter airscrew electro-hydraulic servo loading system.Included three positions system, the helicopter airscrew electro-hydraulic servo loading system has coupling nexus of three positions and three loadings. Trough analyzing nexus of the displacement and the force, this paper designs the three channels electro-hydraulic servo loading system basing on the analysis of single channel electro-hydraulic servo loading system.Surplus torque, which is produced through position disturbance, is a chief problem facing aerodynamic loading system. So how to minish the surplus torque by selecting proper control strategy is a main aspect discussed in this paper. By applying the structure invariant theory in the control strategy, an equivalent structure invariant loading system is produced, which proved to be very effective in reducing the redundant force. Related simulations are illustrated in Matlab. To correspond controlling the three channels loading, this paper designs distributed computer control system included two layers. The three channels work synchronous by interrupting the low computers with hardware interrupting mode. The correctness is illustrated from the curve of experimentation.
