This dissertation primarily represents the study of in multi-degree-of-freedom system dynamics and structural dynamics analyses of an aeronautic gear transmission.Based on the basic theory of gear system dynamics, the multi-degree-of-freedom dynamics behaviors of single branch of gear transmission system is studied systematically. The relevant adaptive system dynamics program has been developed in the MATLAB framework. According to transmission stages of gear system, the application can automatically establish the dynamic model of corresponding degrees of freedom, and analyze system mode, dynamic load and dynamic load coefficient. Based on the theory of workflow management system, the multi-degree-of-freedom dynamics analysis and management platform of gear transmission system has been established.By using Pro/E and ANSYS engineering softwares and universal handling application compiled, the paper creates the three-dimensional finite element models of gear system's main parts. On the base of the results of system dynamic analysis, the models' structure dynamic analyses are implemented, and then the results of structure natural frequencies, dynamic response and dynamic stress can be obtained.Taking the gear system in a WZ* engine as the prototype, this paper creates four-degree of freedom dynamic model, analyzes in detail the dynamic performance of the two-stage gear systems, and carries out the structure dynamical analyses of the three main parts on the base of dynamic load obtained. All the work provides the theoretical foundation for the design and improvement of the engine.
