The Steel-Fibre Reinforced concrete (SFRC) is a new kind of multiply -composite material, and the short steel fibres are distributed in the concrete. According to the test, the Steel-Fibre Reinforced concrete has good properties ,such as stretching, shear resistance , cracking resistance , earthquake resistance and so on. So every country payed close attention to the SFRC generally in recent years. .It is widely used to some fields of the civil engineering construction such as aviation, aerospace, electron, machine, building and energy. In this article, the steel fibre is a kind of industrial wastes-stainless steel fibre dregs. The use of it is helpful in comprehensive utilization of resource and environment protection. The author of this article used orthogonal test design, arranged the test scheme scientifically, selected material, at last yield a high strength concret, whose strength exceeded C60, mainly by using 42.5 Ordinary Portland Cement, silica fume, superplasticizers, stainless steel fibre dregs and so on. The most suitable mix proportions was recommended by analyzing experiment data.Due to the diversity and complexity of the stainless steel fibre dregs concrete ingredients which influence each other, it is difficult to describe the relationship between the mechanical properties of concrete and a single mixing effect factor. In the subsequent chapter, the properties of concrete are predicted by using neural network that can be used to carry out nonlinear regression with multi-factors, and a predicting neural network model is founded with the mass of composing-materials as input and the strength of concrete as output.
