Flight motion simulator is one of the most important devices for real-time hardware-in-loop simulation of flight control systems. It is used to reproduce the angular motion and attitude of flight vehicles. Its performance always affects the reliability of the simulation experiment, so the study on flight motion simulator is very significative.This thesis aims to develop a set of common software about flight motion simulator, in order to accomplish the simulation tasks on most flight motion simulator control systems.This thesis summarizes the configuration, classification, specification and control methods of flight motion simulators, meanwhile, the main work focuses on the study on the software of flight motion simulator, analyzing the function model and the main structure of the software. With the applying of modern computer control technique and modern programming technique, finish the development of the common software .The main work is as follow:(1) Analyze the mathematic model of the three-axis flight motion simulator, which will be the base of designing flight simulator.(2) Analyze the structure and the working principle of the three-axis flight motion simulator control system.(3) According to the analysis to the three-axis flight motion simulator controlsystem, design the requirement report of the software.(4) Design the structure and function model of the software system, findsolutions to the key technique.(5) Finish the programming with VC++ 6.0.(6) Run and debug the program on an Electro-hydraulic servo loading system,and analyze the result.
