The china is in the trend of urbanization, so the citys are facing a lot of serious environmental problems . In the space, natural ecology has been destroyed in a large scape. And Greenland as the only one near natual ecology satisfies the hunmans need of nature, banlaces the ralationship between humanbeing and nature, shows society fair, and improves the local environment and landscape. With the study of the construction in farm-city .ecology city and garden-city , city Greenland management plays a more and more important role. But related to the rapid development of Greenland construction,the theory study in the field is far behind resulting in many problems. So building a scientific and reasonable management system becomes fundamental. ZhuZhou city as a important traffic centre and burgeoning industial city,industy and railway construction are not only the city' s development character, but also root of the ecology problem. How to set up a good Greenland management comes a key way.This article tried to reserch the present of Greenland management though mordem city management from facts:man power .financial resources .property and information. Though greenland construction and management in ZhuZhou , some conclusions about problem of greenland manangement are drawed : (l)The government can' t perform dutys of macro-economy management well, so greenland rate still is' t high while greenland is unbanlaced distributed; (2)To whole greenland construction in ZhuZhou, the government duty on regulationg and tution can' t be implement; (3)about Greenlan protection and management the government' law inforcement can' t be done well especially on institutions; (4)inputs of greening isn' t enough and can' t follow the circumstances-, (S)greenland information-sysetm is' t comsummted. And in the light of these shortages, some reform projects are arised.
